1. What you are buying

BARCELONA, PROPERLY., MADRID, PROPERLY. and ROME, PROPERLY. are digital city guides supplied electronically by 25PLACES. Each individual purchase includes the selected digital guide and access to its corresponding interactive map. Barcelona and Madrid are offered in English, French, Italian and German; Rome is currently available in English only. The BARCELONA + MADRID pack includes both digital guides and both interactive maps. No physical product is shipped.

2. Price and payment

Individual guides, including Rome, are currently €14.90 each and the BARCELONA + MADRID pack is €24.90. The final amount and any applicable tax information are shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

3. Order process

Before payment, you can review the product, price and these Terms. The order becomes binding when payment is successfully completed. A confirmation/download screen is then displayed and a transactional email is sent to the email address used for the purchase.

4. Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal

The guide is digital content supplied without a physical medium and is made available immediately after successful payment. Before proceeding to payment, you must expressly request immediate access during the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, you lose the right of withdrawal under the rules applicable to immediately supplied digital content.

If that consent and acknowledgement are not given, the immediate-purchase flow will not start.

5. Download and access

After successful payment, the website provides access to the guide and interactive map. The purchase email contains the access information. Keep that email. For access problems, contact hello@25places.com.

6. Digital-content conformity

Your statutory rights concerning conformity of digital content are not affected by these Terms. If the supplied digital content is defective, inaccessible or does not correspond to what was purchased, contact us so the issue can be investigated and the legally appropriate remedy provided.

7. Personal use

Your purchase is for personal use. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, upload or make the guide available to third parties as a substitute for purchasing it. This does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to venue information

Venues can change opening hours, menus, prices, booking conditions or cease trading after publication. Such third-party changes do not alter the nature of the digital guide supplied at the time of purchase.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules applicable based on your place of residence.
